Quartzite Countertop Sealing & Care in in North Texas

Quartzite is prized for its marble-like beauty and granite-like durability. Our professional sealing and maintenance services ensure it remains stain-free and stunning for a lifetime.

Is Your Natural Quartzite at Risk?

While incredibly hard, natural quartzite is still a porous stone. Without a proper seal, it can be vulnerable to household accidents that mar its pristine appearance.

Our Professional Sealing Process for Quartzite

Professional Deep Clean
Step 1

We start with a pH-neutral cleaner to remove all surface residues, oils, and contaminants, ensuring the stone is perfectly prepared for sealing.

Sealer Application
Step 2

We apply a generous coat of a premium, food-safe solvent-based sealer designed for dense stones like quartzite. The sealer penetrates deep into the stone's pores.

Curing & Buffing
Step 3

We allow the sealer to dwell and absorb, then meticulously buff off all excess from the surface. This leaves an invisible, natural-looking barrier without changing the stone's finish. The result is maximum protection you can't see or feel.

Frequently Asked Questions About Quartzite Care

I thought quartzite didn't need sealing?

This is a common misconception. While very dense, almost all natural quartzite is porous to some degree and benefits greatly from a high-quality sealer to prevent staining.

Perform the “water test.” Place a few drops of water on the surface. If it darkens the stone or is absorbed within a few minutes, it’s time to reseal.

Always use a pH-neutral cleaner specifically designed for natural stone. Avoid all-purpose cleaners, vinegar, or bleach, as they can damage the sealer and the stone.
